Can I microwave the 10 Hour Hand Warmers?

NO, hand warmers are one time use only and should never be put in the microwave.

How do they work?

Complete instructions are inside. It is air that activates the Hand Warmer. Once the foil pack is opened and air hits the packet inside, they start heating up and stay warm for up to 10 hours.

Do I put the whole scarf in the microwave?

Our fabrics have been tested and will easily withstand the microwave for 30 seconds. It is never recommended to over heat your Scarf. It can melt or burn if put in the microwave for too long. Your 30+ Warming Beads will stay warmer longer when heated alone and then inserted into the scarf. Also, be sure to empty the scarf pockets before microwaving.
